For those preferring a two bedroom, you can be
placed on a waiting list. I cannot for sure tell
you how long the wait will be. For comparison,
the two bedroom apartments are
$1200 per month including utilities, local phone,
TV and high speed internet. These can be shared
by up to four students however; there is only
one bathroom so I don't
recommend four students to an apartment.

Villa
Grande 複合式公寓與Majestic 複合式公寓位於同一條街上，比Majestic公寓離學校更遠約兩英哩。這公寓非常好，有按摩式噴水池、網球場、烤肉架；俱
樂部裡有手球場、健身房、撞球台等運動設施。從Villa Grande公寓可以搭乘公車至無軌電車站下，再騎腳踏車到飛行學校。如果住在該區的學員人數多的話，
飛行學校將視情況，每天約一到兩次開車載學員去學校。
The Villa Grande is an apartment complex that
is on the same street as the Majestic Apartments
and is about two miles further away. It is quite
nice and has a spa, tennis courts,
barbecues and a club house with a handball court,
workout room and pool tables. Transportation from
the Villa Grande can be via bus to the trolley
stop and then by bike to
The Flight School. Alternatively, if enough students are in
Villa Grande, we will institute a pick up one
or two times per day as appropriate.

There are one bedroom and two bedroom apartments
in the Villa Grande.
單人房每月租金$800，但不包括基本水電、瓦斯。可供兩人合租。
One bedroom is $800 per month and does NOT include
basic utilities. Again, these can be shared by
two students.
雙人房每月租金$1000元，不包括水電、瓦斯在內。每月另加 $110元美金，可提供基本有線電視台、電視
和電話服務。
Two bedrooms are available for $1000 per month.
Again, utilities are not included.As above, basic
cable, TV and phone service are available for
about $110 per month.
