04. 訓練教材Training Materials

　　•我們的飛行學校為Cessna飛行員協會會員之一。採用Cessna飛機製造公司所統一編製的電腦輔助訓練課程。每位學員擁有一套包括：私人駕駛、儀器飛行及商用駕駛
            等課程在內的 CD-ROM 光碟版訓練教材。於每次飛行課目之前，學員必須在 CD-ROM 教室內，完成該飛行課目的學科準備。每個CD-ROM座位都具備一組考題，
            供學員自行測驗之用，以達到100% 通過測驗為止。該測驗係為了使學員在每次飛行課目之前都已確實瞭解課程內容。
　　　The Flight School is a Cessna Pilot Center. We therefore utilize the Cessna computer based training curriculum. The primary training methodology is that each student has a
　　　CD-Rom set for each program (private, instrument and commercial). Prior to each flight lesson, the student is required to complete a CD-ROM (lab) associated with the specific flight
　　　lesson to be taught. Each lab has associated with it a quiz that is self correcting to 100%. These quizzes are designed to ensure that the student understands the critical intellectual material
　　　prior to meeting his instructor for the flight lesson.

　　•飛行前教官將摘要復習CD-ROM教材，再次提示飛行課目重點部份，並確認學員已充份瞭解。於每次飛行課目之前，教官會以大約30分鐘的時間復習進度及作飛行
　　　前的提示。
　　　When the student meets with his/her flight instructor, the instructor will review the CD-ROM based material to once again emphasize the key elements and insure the student understands
　　　the material. Prior to each flight lesson, the instructor is expected to spend some ground time reviewing the students progress and the content of the flight lesson that is about to occur.

　　•每次飛行課目之後，教官會以大約30分鐘的時間作講解及考評，提供下個飛行課目的建議事項。
　　　Similarly, after returning from a flight lesson, the instructor is expected to spend time analyzing and critiquing the flight and making suggestions to the student for the next lesson.


　　•光碟版訓練教材以外，將視需要補充輔助教材，包括：FAR/AIM (美國聯邦民航法規/航空人員資訊手冊)、Gleim 測驗軟體及FAA發行之飛行考驗標準。
　　　The CD-ROM based training material is supplemented as necessary by additional study material. These include the FAR/AIM (Federal Air Regulation/Airmen's Information Manual),
　　　Gleim test prep software and study guides, the Practical test Standards developed by the FAA and additional material as required.
