  這個課程是為拿到私人飛行執照,儀器飛行檢定和商用多發動機執照而設計的,當然你也有選擇權,可多付一點費用拿到商用單發動機執照,其實直接選擇商用多
   發動機的課程花費較少也比較有效率。本課程計畫係使用商用多發動機飛機替代單發動機飛機,來執行商用單發動機訓練。
   The proposed program will result in the student acquiring the private pilot certificate (PPL), instrument rating, and commercial multi engine certificate. Optionally, a commercial single
   engine certificate can be obtained at very little additional expense. Moving directly to the multi engine commercial rating as part of the commercial pilot program is cost effective and
   more efficient than obtaining a commercial single engine rating first. In this program the multi engine aircraft replaces the complex single engine aircraft normally used in single engine
   commercial training.

該課程結合了Cessna152型的55小時單飛訓練與30小時的雙人商用單發動機檢定訓練,以及使用Piper Seneca 機型作25小時的雙人訓練,再加上20小時的141法規指定

   This is a combined program that includes 55 Hrs of solo flight in a Cessna 152 and 30 Hrs of dual instruction in a Cessna 152 pursuant to the CML S.E. rating as well as 25 Hrs of dual
   instruction in a Piper Seneca and additional 20 Hrs of ground all resulting in a part 141 Commercial Multi engine rating.

In the proposed training scenario, 42 Hrs of Cessna 152 time are allocated to the private pilot certificate. This is a minimal program and very few people will actually receive their
   certificate in this short time. However, the opportunity is there. For those who take longer, it means less time building later in the program.

   The instrument rating is similar in that very few people will finish in the minimal time allocated to the rating. Once again this will impact the required time building later in the program .

In general and wherever practical, Cessna 152's have been used for this program. The Cessna 152 is the most popular and cost effective training aircraft available for initial training toward
   the private pilot certificate. Due to weight, balance and physical limitations, we recommend that those students weighing more than 180 lbs train in a Cessna 172 as an alternative. This will
   result in some additional cost but will be safer and more productive for those of bigger stature.
   

  •使用 Cessna 172 型機種執行儀器飛行檢定。Cessna 172 在儀器進場訓練時更為穩定, 而可以在最短時間內取得儀器飛行檢定。
   The instrument rating is pursued in a Cessna 172. It is generally felt that the Cessna 172 is a more stable platform for teaching approaches and will result in the instrument rating being
   achieved in the shortest possible time.
