15. 退款辦法 Refund Policy

　　一般情況下於註冊二週後不得退款。若學員於取得私人駕駛執照後而在支付第二期款 (25%) 到期日之前的30天，以書面通知本校，則學員得撤銷繳費。一旦已繳交各
　　階段的學費後 (即：私人駕駛、儀器飛行、商用駕駛等)，則必須完成該階段的訓練，不得退費。若因嚴重事故 (例如：生病、家屬死亡等)學員必須退訓時，本校將於
　　收到學員書面退訓通知後的30天內，於收取10% 以內的手續費之後，退回未支出的繳款餘額。
　
　　The general policy is there are NO refunds after two weeks into the program. A student may withdraw after the private pilot certificate before making the second installment of 25% if 
　　The Flight School is informed in writing 30 days prior to the payment due date. Once a student is enrolled in each phase of the program (i.e. private, instrument, or commercial) he/she
　　must stay enrolled and is expected to complete the program. In the event of severe hardship, (illness, death in the family etc) that force a student to withdraw, a partial refund of all
　　monies not spent, less 10% handling fee, will be given to the student within 30 days of receiving written notice of withdrawal.
