14. 付款 Payments

　　•付款方式分四期繳交：報到時交25%，6週後交25%，12週後交25%，最後25% 於第18週或之前繳交。　
　　　The basic payment plan is 25% on arrival, 25% after 6 weeks and a 3rd 25% after 12 weeks and a final 25% on or before 18 weeks.

　　•本校將盡力依據本付款時程及公告之學費完成學員的註冊。若因天災(惡劣天候)、戰爭、恐怖事件或侵略活動等造成訓練進度的落後；及因為世界性的
　　　油價攀升而導致學雜費上漲，本校將不負該責任。
　　　The Flight School will make a best effort to complete all students enrolled within the time and price specified. The Flight School cannot be held responsible for delays caused
　　　by acts of god(inclement weather), acts of war, terror or aggression. The Flight School cannot be responsible for price escalation due to rising fuel prices world wide.

　　•學員於繳交最後一期的25%之後，帳戶內仍必須保持存款餘額；一旦專戶內無存款餘額時，飛行訓練將會被暫停直到帳戶內存入款項為止。
　　　After the final 25% payment students will be expected to maintain a positive account balance at all times. If the student funds drop below zero, flying privileges will be
　　　suspended until the student returns his/her account to a positive state.

　　•訓練費用係依照目前油價費率情況下，所提出的報價。若因油價上漲之故，將會適當提高隨油附加費用，以彌補燃油成本的增加。
　　　The price quoted is based on fuel cost at the prevailing rate at the time of the quote. Rising fuel prices will result in additional fuel surcharges as appropriate to offset the
　　　increased cost of fuel.
