11. 美國安全部運輸安全總署上網註冊 TSA registration

　　•對於非美籍公民欲在美國境內學習飛行訓練者，必須遵守許多新的安全手續。運輸安全總署(TSA)會針對每位學員實施背景調查，並要求必須親自上網註冊。
　　　There are new security procedures in effect for non US citizens who are pursuing flight training in the US. Basically the Transportation and Security Administration (TSA) is
　　　running a background check on individuals and requires you to log onto their website and register with them.

　　•對於所有非美籍公民者，必須採集指紋及照相。
　　　In addition we MUST fingerprint and photograph all non US citizens.

　　•於抵達飛行學校前，僅需花費少許時間先上網申請上述必要手續，將可縮短等待訓練的時程。
　　　It is not as bad as it may sound. It just takes a little time but it must be done and doing it now before you arrive will help expedite the training once you get here.
